Bill Kirkpatrick, Services for Stigler, O kla. resident, Bill Kirkpatrick, 67, were Tuesday, July 9, at 2:30 p.m. i n the Main Street Baptist Church of Stigler with Rev. Keith Barbee and R ev. G. H. Crittendon officiating. Burial in Stigler Cemetery was under t he direction of Mallory Funeral Home. Pall bearers were John Folsom, M arion Newton, Howard King, Wendell Dennis, Doug Thornton, Buster Alliso n and Harold Herbic. Kirkpatrick died Sunday, July 7, at this home. B orn in Patterson, on April 30, 1918, he was a member of the Main Street B aptist Church were he was a Deacon and was Sunday School Superintendent f or 16 years. He had been the manage of Mitchell Grocery Store in Stig ler, a salesman for Western Auto in Stigler, and a salesman for Midwest P iping in St. Louis. Survivors include his wife, Dovie, of the home; tw o daughters, Joyce Gideon of Tulsa, and Barbara Bashore of Muskogee; on e son, Chuck of Stigler; eight sisters, Irene Magnusson of St. James, I nez Martin of Stigler, Caroline Young of Omaha, Neb., Julie Hicks of Sh reveport, La. Freda McMurry of St. Louis, Dorothy Carrow and Betty Kime b oth of Piedmont, and Edna Darden of House Springs; one brother, Elmer K irkpatrick of St. James and three grandchildren.
