She married 5 October 1905, in Marceline, Missouri, to William Eugene Younkin, son of Aaron Schrock and Sarah Avaline (Alton) Younkin, who was born 19 February 1880, in Beatrice, Gage County, Nebraska, and died 9 April 1947, Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland.

Violet Frances Davis and William Eugene Younkin were married on 5 October 1905 in Marceline, Linn Co., Missouri. William Eugene Younkin was born on 19 February 1880 in Beatrice, Gage Co., Nebraska. He died on 9 April 1947 at the age of 67 in Bethesda, Montgomery Co., Maryland.
