Robert Singleton Kirkpatrick was born on 13 May 1857 in Randolph Co., Arkansas.⁵³ He died on 17 June 1911 at the age of 54 in Poplar Bluff, Butler Co., Missouri.⁵³ He was buried in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Jackson Co., Arkansas.⁵³ Robert S. Kirkpatrick was born in May of 1857 in Randolph County, Arkansas. He lived in Newport, Arkansas for most of his life and died there at age 54 on 17 June 1911. He was a travelling salesman for many years. He also had a brokerage office in the Board Building in Newport.

On 14 July 1877 he married Ida Parlee Reynolds of Elm Store, Randolph County, Arkansas. She was born 8 November 1862, daughter of James Madison and Minerva (Foster) Reynolds. Ida died 21 July 1890 at Elm Store. Robert married second on 20 January 1894 to Mary Standford or Standiford, daughter of Israel Whittaker and Charlotte (Hendrin) Standiford. After his second wife's death, Robert married a third time on 31 October 1901 to Alice ("Ella") Williams. This is wrong. Robert Lee Kirkpatrick married Louellen Williams.

There were four (4) children born of the first marriage.
There was one (1) child born to the second marriage.

Robert Singleton Kirkpatrick and Ida Parlee Reynolds were married on 14 July 1877 in Elm Store, Randolph Co., Arkansas. Ida Parlee Reynolds, daughter of James Madison Reynolds and Minerva Foster, was born on 8 November 1862 in Elm Store, Randolph Co., Arkansas. She died on 21 July 1890 at the age of 27 in Elm Store, Randolph Co., Arkansas.

Herman Luther Kirkpatrick was born on 8 January 1887 in Elm Store, Randolph Co., Arkansas.⁴⁰⁷ He died in 1942 at the age of 55. Herman Luther Kirkpatrick was born 8 January 1887 and died in 1942. Herman had married but there were not any children born of the marriage.
On the 1910 U. S. Census of Waynoka Ward 4, Woods Co., Oklahoma, Herman Kirkpatrick appears in the home of his brother-in-law John J. Grant. Herman is a newspaper printer.
On the 1917 World War I draft registration, Herman is living in Zenda, Kansas, is a printer and is married with dependants.
On the 1920 U. S. Census of Sharon, Barber Co., Kansas, Herman Kirkpatrick appears with his wife Irenie, age 28, born in Kansas. Herman is a printer of a weekly paper.
On the 1930 U.S. Census of McPherson, McPherson Co., Kansas, Herman appears with his wife Marie, age 29. She was married when she was 21. She was born in Illinois. Herman is claiming to be 39 years old, married at 31. He is a printer.

Robert Singleton Kirkpatrick and Mary Standiford were married in 1894. Mary Standiford, daughter of Israel Whittaker Standiford and Charlotte Hendrin, was born (date unknown).
