Vernon, Jefferson Co., Illinois.⁵³ On the World War I draft registration Isaac F. Kirkpatrick, born 2 Feb. 1877, registered at Mt. Vernon, Illinois on Sept. 12, 1918. Unable to read he name written for next of kin. Isaac is working as a coal miner.

Isaac Foster Kirkpatrick and Dicy Dalby were married on 19 September 1909 in Jefferson Co., Illinois.¹²⁹ Dicy Dalby was born on 2 January 1884 in Illinois.¹⁶⁸ She died on 15 February 1955 at the age of 71.⁵³ She was buried in Bethel Memorial Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, Jefferson Co., Illinois.⁵³
