Weaver, who was born 3 May 1920 at Shamrock, Creek County, Oklahoma (near Drumright, OK), the son of Elbert R. and Lucille (Pearson) Weaver. This first marriage to Weaver was annulled in Prior [Pryor], Oklahoma on 13 April 1942. The couple remarried in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri on 5 December 1942. They were divorced at Stillwater, Oklahoma November 1951. Virginia married a second time to Kenneth Mac (a middle name) Allen on 17 August 1963, at Huntsville, Madison County, Arkansas. Kenneth Allen was born in Kansas City, Kansas on 10 May 1930, the son of Dr. Leo Dwyer and Zelpha F. (Maffitt) Allen. Kenneth died 7 November 1977 at Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma. Kenneth is buried at Floral Haven Cemetery, Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

There were three (3) children born of the first marriage.
